• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the booking. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

• Cancellation before 15 Days: No retention will be charged.
• Cancellation received less than 15 Days prior to arrival: 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.
• This cancellation policy is not applicable during the festive period Diwali, Christmas / New Year, long weekends, marriage and group bookings.
• The amount is non-refundable, and no date modifications or rescheduling will be applicable.
